The IPL 2026 season may have wrapped up months ago, but for our Shers, the pursuit of improvement never really stops. Because every season leaves behind lessons to learn, areas to sharpen and another opportunity to come back stronger.

And that’s exactly what a group of our Shers set out to do at a focused mini-camp in New Chandigarh. No fanfare. No distractions. Just hard work, determination and the hunger to keep getting better.

From August 12 to 15, seven talented Shers - Prabhsimran Singh, Shashank Singh, Harpreet Brar, Pyla Avinash, Pravin Dubey, Nehal Wadhera and Harnoor Singh, returned to the nets, putting in the hours to fine-tune their skills and stay cricket-ready during the off-season.

For the batters, it was another opportunity to work on their game, find their rhythm and add new dimensions to their batting. For the bowlers, it was about hitting their areas, sharpening their craft and continuing to evolve. More than anything, though, the camp reflected the mindset that defines this group - there is always room to improve.

Because being a Sher isn’t only about turning up when the lights are brightest. It’s about the work that happens away from the spotlight, when nobody is watching and the next season still feels some distance away. That commitment to improvement embodies the spirit of our mantra: Bas Jeetna Hai.

The road to the next season has already begun, one training session at a time. And when our Shers step onto the field again, we can’t wait to see stronger, sharper and even more fearless versions of them.
