The official fixtures list for phase 1 of TATA IPL 2026 was released on March 11, and we have some tantalizing matchups to look forward to this campaign. So, mark your calendars and get ready to witness the Punjab Kings’ conquest in true Sher style.

While we fell one step short of glory last year, Sarpanch Saab’s Shers, guided by the legendary Ricky Ponting, are powered by experience, promise, and dreams to go further. The first checkpoint is at home against a familiar challenger in the form of Gujarat Titans. With the roar of the home crowd behind them, the Kings will look to start the campaign on a strong note and set the tone for the journey ahead.

The opening stretch of fixtures will also test the squad on the road, with away trips to take on the Chennai Super Kings on April 3 and the Kolkata Knight Riders on April 6. Battling two formidable sides in their own backyard will demand grit, character, and fearless cricket. These are qualities that have come to define this Punjab Kings unit.

The first phase of our schedule concludes back at home on April 11 with an exciting clash against the Sunrisers Hyderabad. Returning to the fortress in front of the Sadda Squad faithful, the Shers will be eager to cap off the opening leg of the campaign with a statement performance.
